You have a 2-hour grace period. Without any news from you after this time, the booking is considered a 'No-show' (cancellation), and we may rent the vehicle to another customer.

Yes. The vehicle must be returned in its original state of cleanliness. If a deep clean is required, a valeting fee will be charged.

Will I be refunded if my bag is stolen from the car?

No. Ouailcar declines all liability for the theft or loss of personal belongings left in the vehicle.
